As good as it gets!
This is one among the set of three very important large and medium-sized home appliances we had taken the calculated risk to order online in July 2023, on Amazon India and did not have any reasons to regret it. This Activa 3 Litres, 3 KV storage water geyser, approximately named Volcano, has been blowing hot and cold, since the past 2.5 years, ever since it was installed on the back wall near our kitchen sink, just as we want it to do. It's been supplying the hot water to our new, Aquieen single pin kitchen sink mixer rotating faucet and the combination has been working like a dream fulfilled, surpassing even our own great expectations! This is excellent and deserves the 5 stars and this review, appreciating the largely trouble-free service our Activa has been giving us, on a daily basis, since more than 2.5 years!

Poor service and product quality
Not worth buying. Initially, I received a used product. After I raised a complaint, it was replaced with another unit that worked fine for some time. However, it soon started leaking continuously. The worst part was the customer service. The support staff were very rude, did not provide proper information, and even disconnected the call without resolving the issue. I have been following up through emails for the past 10 days, but there has been no satisfactory response. Overall, this has been a very disappointing experience. I would not recommend buying this product.

Best geyser I ever used.
The geyser is very good. I took time to provide a review because I wanted to see that how long the geyser is working nicely. I have observed it for 3 months and it's amazing. It is helping my family in cold days. It heats instantly and works without any problem. It's budget friendly and also best in the condition.
