Does it have cutting edges?

The one I received had sharp corners and the front edge was not finished. I used a bench grinder to just round the corners (1/16" radius) and emery cloth to take the edge off the front so it slides under the omelets and pancakes in my stainless steel pan. The steel is great (it resonates like a bell when struck) in this spatula so you could put a good edge if you wanted but I would just use a chefs knife to make a nice straight cut. So, no there are no intentionally sharpened edges on this. I use this every day and put it through the dishwasher after I clean it and the only complaint is that the wood handle can't handle the heat of the drying so I am expecting this to last maybe another 5 years or so. Its otherwise so good I would consider making my own handle for it.

What's the difference between the models that have the same catalog number, but one with "PCP" at the end? Description looks identical.

PCP stands for Perfect Cutlery Packaging. These are just packaged differently. Most people choose these when giving as a gift. Thank you.

Is the steel made in USA?

Good for BBQ and skillets...

I use mine in a 12 inch cast iron skillet and it works very well. Mostly this is a burger turner for a BBQ grill, but I like it's shape for breakfast type food. Well made for the price...

Great hamburger turner!

This is a high quality hamburger turner with a wooden handle! You will have this a lifetime as my grandmother used to have one like this.

Top quality

Nice, solidly made, thin steel blade with sharpened edges, comfortable handle. Great for making cheese steaks. Can't go wrong. It's on the large size, so be sure of your dimensions.

Well made and finished

Well made and well finished. Blade thickness and full tang means tough for pressing yet not too heavy. The leading edge, clean and well beveled. A quality kitchen tool.

Sturdy, springy, reliable.

The best spatula for your Blackstone, way better than their branded stuff. It's sturdy, has a good spring to it, and makes the best smash burger possible

It looked like it was hanging on rack and handled by a lot of people, scraped up.
