Great entertainer for pups
Boredom buster, but like all other like items it is a temporary entertainer. It is durable, easy to use, though the opening could be a little bigger, and is a great size for any dog. I pick it up as soon as it is empty so I am not sure how chew resistant it might be. But it is a great value for your money and my dogs love to play with it.

Great Mental Stimulation, Minor Downsides
My dog absolutely loves this food toy, and itโs a great way to keep him occupied when I need to get things done. It keeps him busy for about 15โ30 minutes, depending on how much food is added (roughly 10 minutes of play per handful). The plastic is thick and sturdy, and I donโt worry about it breaking if it hits furniture or falls down the stairs. The holes dispense food at a steady rate, keeping my dog engaged, and he figured it out very quickly. Cons: โข Filling the toy is a bit annoying and messy since you have to add food through the dispensing holes. Because the surface is curved, treats can spill easily, and you need two hands to fill it. โข The hard plastic can cause small nicks or scratches to wooden furniture or baseboards if it hits sharp corners. The damage is minimal, but I wouldnโt use it around expensive wood items. โข Itโs fairly loud on hard floors and is much quieter on carpet. Overall: This is a great enrichment toy that provides mental stimulation and a fun way for my dog to eat his meals. The downsides are minor and manageable, so they didnโt affect my rating. Iโd definitely recommend this to anyone looking for a durable, engaging food toy for their dog.

amazing toy with very minor issues
My dog absolutely adores this. It keeps her entertained forever. However! We found that the treats we used fell out of the toy very easily, so we ended up taping over one hole and partially covering the second. It does occasionally get stuck on furniture, but again minor adjustments can fix it.

A puppy must have!!!
My 7 month old puppy LOVES this toy!! I fill it with carrots for a healthy snack. I originally was using treats but they came out easily. I found with carrots and occasionally apples I can cut them up so itโs a little more challenging and he gets a healthy reward. The ball is pretty durable. It keeps him entertained for a while, and it wears him out. Itโs nice that there are two openings for treats to come out if you need to empty it, I have used a little skewer and was able to push all of the treats out easily.

Not for us
I have close to a dozen different food puzzles for my dog and foster pups, and I bought this one after a different kibble/treat ball we had got lost somewhere in the house. Immediately I could tell it would not work anywhere near as well. I use the food puzzles primarily for kibble meals, and rarely for treats. - It is difficult to load with kibble as the holes are small, and kibble sometimes falls out of the second hole while loading - The holes are not adjustable, so small treats and kibble fall out too quickly - It really only works well if I load it with large treats, but then I can't put in too many It is probably the least used food puzzle toy I have and I would not buy it again. That said, my dogs do love rolling balls around and getting treats/food out of them and this one is good quality.

Pleasantly surprised and my dog loves it!
One week review. We love this toy! My 45lbs mix breed was extremely bored and anxious, so I ordered multiple outward hound puzzles and toys. So far she loves this roller ball the most, the beginner puzzle, and then the snuffle mat. At first I was hesitant because the ball is hard plastic and only has two holes, however I was pleasantly surprised! I now feed my dog her meals with the roller ball as well as snacks. It takes her about 10-15 minutes to eat 1.5 cups of food, including the time of me loading it up 1.25 cup at a time. I am very pleased for this being a $8 toy. The only downside is that it is quite loud when she hits it against walls and it scares my cats, but theyโre getting used to it! And she is learning how to keep it away from walls.

bought multiple times
Our pups love these. They are fun for them to roll around and get treats. We use them regularly. They have held up well. We have had some for a couple of years and still use them. I just bought these for my daughters dogs. She now has 4 so it is a helpful to get out some energy. They are not too hard to clean but it would be nice if you could open it up to clean it. We have both sizes that they come in. We do cover the holes some so it is not so easy for them to get their kibble out.

Snack Time Meets Play Time: Treat Ball That Keeps Our Big Boy Busy
Our big boy is obsessed with two things: balls and food. So a treat-dispensing ball is basically an instant win in our house. What we liked: โข 5.8โ size is perfect for a large, powerful dog โข Treat opening fits larger kibble without struggle โข Rolls easily and keeps him moving and engaged โข Turns snack time into play time, which he loves He had a blast pushing it around and โhuntingโ for the treats as they came out. It actually does a great job slowing things down a bit while keeping him entertained. A couple things to note: โข The treats do fall out fairly easily, so there can be some scattered kibble depending on how it rolls โข Once it was empty, our big boy immediately switched gears and started chewing it like a regular toy โข If you have a determined chewer, it wonโt stay just a treat ball for long โข Some cleanup may be needed if your dog doesnโt go back for every piece that drops out Overall, itโs a great rotation toy for mixing up snack time and adding a little enrichment. Just donโt expect it to survive as a permanent chew toy if youโve got a powerful chewer like ours.

Fun, but a little too easy
My dog does have fun with this toy, however she figured out a way to get easy treats in under 5 minutes so that didn't last long :') It is fun to watch her lift the toy up and put it sideways on the floor so that the kibble falls down through the hole, then push the toy aside and eat the rewards, smart cookie. I should have realised that the material is a super dust/hair/sand/dirt magnet, after rolling it around for a few minutes it is completely covered. Not really a deal breaker but something I myself just don't like that much (it's a sensory thing) It does not bother my dog at all. About durability: se is not a chewer or destroyer so the item has zero damage after several play sessions, it is just dirty XD
