What’s the difference between this and just a cheap silicone spatula?

Great question! When I invented the product my first "prototype" was a kitchen spatula, haha. However, it was not ideal. I designed the BabyBum Diaper Cream Brush to be the perfect size for little bottoms and especially soft and flexible. Also, the suction on the bottom enables you to stand it upright without getting cream on any surfaces when you need both hands!
