What does it taste like?

It’s kind of like ketchup, with a twist. Doesn’t taste like bananas at all. I like this for stir fry but would probably be good as a dip as well (though I haven’t tried that)

It is suggested that it is placed in a fridge after it is opened.

where can I find out if my bottle has expired

It should be printed somewhere along the tapered part of th neck. Its hard to see and mine was smudged and hard to read.
