Do these fit a 2008 Chrysler town and country rear

I don't think so....these are Jeep JK specific.

These are for the rear right? The top info says front but when I go down it says rear pads. Which are they lol??

What is the difference in the three options offered?

If you are talking about the three levels of pads and rotors, it comes down to the braking power. The base Power Stop items (Z16 with no prefix on part number) is the OEM equivalent, the Z23 is a step up in power and the Z36 (Tow and Haul) is the maximum. It is best to buy and replace the pads and rotors as a set and they are available as a kit.

It doesn't make squealing sound like stock pads. Excellent performance almost 2 years on my 2016 JKU.

35 tires need these!

They were a little snug getting in there, I ended up having to do very light tabs with a rubber coated mallet into the shims. The kit you receive is very nice, organized and does come with the shims in grease which is always a huge plus. Installation took me about 45 minutes, follow the instructions with the break-in guide and I can honestly say that with my Jeep on a 2 inch suspension lift, 35 inch tires, and a plethora of other upgrades these brake pads make a huge difference in breaking speed and response distance. Quiet as a mouse so far, if you see this review and it’s not updated, they’ve remained quiet and are 5 star quality! 👍🏽
