Heavy-duty and works like a charm. It's a shame I have to carry this thing from the basement to use it because it is heavy. But that is what you want, right? Had my bike up, no problem, after finding the right spot to jack it from. Ease of use, and fortunately had help finding that spot as I kept her steady and straight up. Worked as if it was made for it.

I was a bit hesitant to order this lift after reading all of the reviews. It seems some people purchased this item and it arrived with missing parts, a leaking cylinder, or a descent speed that was unmanageable. I can tell you that the one I purchased came with all it's parts, was very easy to assemble, extremely sturdy, and the descent speed was perfect. I have a huge Honda 1800 VTX that weights over 700 lbs. This lift did exactly what was expected. I am extremely pleased with this product. I suspect that there will always be exceptions, but this was not one of them. The price was very affordable to say the least, and I highly recommend this product.

Update: the cylinder continues to seep oil but after using it about 5 times, the lift does not hold the bike completely vertical. The bike leans to the side just enough to be of concern. Using the supplied straps will prevent tipping over, but it is a little odd working on the bike while it leans. The raising platform itself does not rise horizontally true. Update: the hydride cylinder started leaking oil and I have not used it yet. I expected better. Thankfully I have cardboard and plastic under to catch it. Hopefully I will get some use before it all leaks out. Difficult to return since the flimsy box literally disintegrated. THe box arrived nearly shredded. The packaging is poor but luckily everything arrived un-damaged. Assembly was quick since the majority of components were pre-assembled, but instruction was minimal. No fluid leaks, but top travel does not reach notch to hold protection bar in place. Recommend external jacks for safety. Also collapsing to minimal position needs some assistance as the mechanism is crudely fitted.

It’s On the cheaper side of a motorcycle jack. Works for now but don’t know if it will hold up over the years and seem little flimsy. The handle that lets you move the jack around , the bolt that holds it together the metal in the handle was too thin and stripped out right way and had to put a nut inside the handle to make it work. Other than that it’s worked so far. It is nice it has a lock on the jack when you have it raised.

Does not work well with a honda goldwing. The bike sits low and the lift will not go all the way under. I have not tried it on my harley davidson yet

Works perfectly! Really solid unit, very heavy-duty. And it lifted my 500+-lb. Triumph Bonneville with ease. Home run all the way!! Highly recommended. Now I don't have to roll the bike back and forth to clean the chain. (What a pain!) And I don't have to risk the bike falling over by checking the fluids while trying to get the bike straight up and down by placing spacers under my kickstand. This is an excellent value - very happy with it.

I bought this lift base on how it was advertised in the sense that you can use it to lift your motorcycle and even use it to move it around your garage if you have tight space to work with. Well, lifting wasn’t the problem turning it around was. Only the 2 rear wheels give you the 360 movement the front ones doesn’t they only move in 2 directions forward and backward thus making it very difficult to turn my motorcycle around not to mention my bike is 840 lbs. the front metal wheels are horrible and they’re destroying my newly done floor trying to move my bike around in my garage. I should’ve returned this piece of crap right away but I decided to use it until I found something better well….low and behold I tried to use it today and this is what happened. These pics will explain everything. The handle broke off while I was moving the bike and it got wedge under the bike, I came so close to damaging my bike on this piece of crap. I would not advise anyone to waste their money buying this. Hope I can save someone before they make this disastrous purchase.😡😡😡😡

Brilluant bit of kit i was sceptical it would lift my bike so i could work on it it was easy to assemble and lifted the bike high enough on the first setting to do what i needed to do it seems well built and sturdy for what i need and a great price too i would reccomend it to anyone who asked although i did manage to snap a bolt when assembling it but thats probaly beacause i like to make sure things are tight
