Lovely cookbook with Italian sunshine

I thoroughly enjoyed leafing through Ursula's beautiful new book, pondering which of the delectable recipes to try first, whilst dreaming of visiting the Amalfi region inspired by the evocative photos! I agree with the writer that everything tastes better with lemons, and in our house lemon juice is often used as a good substitution for salt. My family love fresh seafood so I think the "Marinaded Tuna", and "Scallops with Lemon, Bay and Rosemary oil" will be first on the list, closely followed by the "Aubergine and Parmesan bake", apparently a favourite of Ursula's father! The vegetable recipes look equally delicious, and I look forward to amongst others, attempting the "Fried Fennel", "Cauliflower from Amalfi" and "Salad with Aubergine and Onions". Well done Ursula on yet another stunning and inspiring recipe book good enough to eat!

Good recipes it was torn was not handled with care

A beautiful book, with clear recipes and superb photography, both of the prepared food and the Amalfi coast locations. However... Possibly the last time I will buy a BOOK from Amazon, since the packaging for delivery is so bad these days. This was a separate order but was stuffed in with other, non book items coming to the same address; package was badly broken on arrival. The book was bought as a special gift for someone, but badly damaged so I have had to return it. I just hope the replacement will be in perfect condition, but from now on, I will buy from independent booksellers direct.

I bought this for my boyfriend on our anniversary. I love it!!! It's so beautiful, the colours are really attractive and represent Amalfi. The recipes are easy to follow and are fast becoming go to in our daily cooking. Fast delivery.

Was looking for a new Italian cooking recipe book. A love the Amalfi coast and this book looked perfect for me. There are so many beautiful recipes that cover anything I need to prepare a delicious meal.

This is a beautiful cookbook with gorgeous photographs and drawings throughout. The recipes are done in both metric and US measurements and most have 4 to 6 servings. The recipes also have relatively short lists of ingredients! Well done!
