The product: It works and does exactly what I needed.....regulates the air and does a great job at filtering out the moisture. In fact, I was SHOCKED at how well the filtering worked. The regulator is accurate too verified both PSI before the regulator and after. The service/support: Perhaps one of the best product service/support I've ever received. They were VERY responsive and over the top helpful when I reached out to them. We're talking in a league of their own kind of support. Far exceeded my expectations so much that I will be looking to see what other products they sell and would do business with them first before any other vendor offering the same or similar product.

Solid product. Needed to flip the inlet and outlet around so all you have to do is unscrew the gauge from the side its on and put it on the other side. Just use micro screwdriver to do it. Glad it gave me this option

Well, since I've had this thing it leaks past pressures of 125 PSI and the regulator is a real POS. I'm using it to regulator my pressure to a HPLV gun and the pressure is all over the place. Leaks constantly above 125 PSI and I can't get it to regulate to a stable pressure whatsoever. This is actually the second one of these that I've purchased. 7 months later looks like I'm stuck with a defective unit. Update: I just replaced this regulator with a PneumaticPlus SAU420T-N06G-MEP. Costs about $50 more but it is SUPERIOR in everyway. When I 1st purchased this regulator, it leaked. So I had to return it and then bought another. 2nd regulator did not leak until above 150 PSI. Also it has very poor regulating ability. Pretty much is a Chinese POS. I feel ripped off and basically have to throw mine away. And I have still not been contacted by the original seller or I would at least give this a 3-star for customer support at least!!!

Arrived on time, Fast service and great price, Great product, This was a replacement for an old regulator /separator, It does the job it was designed for.

Appears well built however has a very slight leak below the adjusting knob. Adjusts at least to 110 psi (all that I’ve tested so far). Overall satisfied

Well I purchased this in 2022 and as soon as I installed it, the regulator leaked air. I had a lot of projects and things to get done so I didn't bother to return it and dealt with it. Well now is the beginning of 2024 and the unit finally broke, it doesn't even regulate pressure anymore due to them using cheap plastic components that become weak and brittle over time. For a cheap regulator sure it works for a while, chances are it will leak as soon as you recieve it, and eventually it will totally fail if you use it often. Guess you get what you pay for. If they spent a dollar more building it, they could of actually made a half decent product, instead this is a typical Chinese part manufactured to break and need replaced.
