ASUS - ROG DELTA S Wireless

Coming from a ROG delta, these headphones are amazing. They are much lighter and are much more comfortable. In my opinion these headphones have the absolute best surround sound of any headphones ever made, mainly due to the QUAD DAC and snr of 130 DB. Overall 5/5, but I got it used, like new, for £70, which is more than £80-£100 less than new, so only get it if you can find a price like this in my opinion.

Great audio quality and loads of inbuilt features via the app, allows you to customise RGB effect and equaliser settings. During use I have found that using 2.4ghz is far better and more supported than Bluetooth, the microphone is inbuilt into the headset and is wierd of you are use to having a physical mic to move. NO GOOD QUALITY AUDIO FEEDBACK. "Listen to this device" is the method used which has a minimum of .5 second delay The microphone is good quality howver my friends have mentioned that I now sound like I'm sitting further away from the mic than I actually was, voice was still crystal clear.

Reading the reviews I thought this was the headset i needed, and definitely was going to be a winner for me. The headset itself was comfortable, I’ll give it that, the sound was okay, honestly the comments here made it out to seem like the headphones were crystal clear and sounded amazing, it was seriously mediocre. The mic was the MOST disappointing part of this headset. My lord, I’ve never have a more horrible experience. My voice deepened by 50%, it literally added a lisp to my speech and would cut out simultaneously. My long term friends couldn’t even recognise it was me who was speaking because I sounded like a completely different person. I tried to like the headset I really did, wanted to give it the benefit of the doubt but honestly it’s just a major flop. For the price especially, like it’s just garbage. I wanted a new headset to replace my first gaming headset which is a XIBERIA one, and it’s about £30 and I swear , that cheaper headset compared to the Delta S is 1000x better. I highly suggest people AVOID this product if you don’t want to sound like some middle aged discord admin who hasn’t seen daylight in 25 years.

Perfect for my needs! I had brought a new ASUS gaming laptop and needed a proper headset so decided on these headphones to keep it in the family. The headphones work perfectly and also comes with a splitter cable. The mic is nice and flexible but also strong enough to stay in place and the left ear also has an inbuilt volume control and mute button which is really handy. The ear pads are comfortable. I wear glasses but can wear these for hours and don’t feel like they’re pressing into my head. From my online research others complained about the band (feeling flimsy) but it feels fine to me (just feels really flexible)

So the quality of the headphones are good well built they feel solid very comfortable ear cups and headband my sound quality is okay not amazing and they are not very loud but for this price I won’t complain too much il update review once I have tested them for a few months ! Update !! So the mic stopped working it was tested on 5 different devices and still no joy I wouldn’t recommend these but Amazon don’t mess around got returned and refund issued so I can’t complain on the service I purchased a Logitech headset for my other son and there so much more superior in build quality and sound /mic and they still actually work I’d personally go down the Logitech route imo these won’t last !

Though there are better specialist headsets out there if you're an audiophile however you'd be hard pressed to find a headset at this price (170 at time of purchase) that does as many things as this headset and to the same level of excellence. The ASUS armoury software is the key to getting the best from this headset which was easy to find, download and install. From fit and comfort to clarity of audio and an impeccable sound stage for gaming I couldn't rate this headset higher than I already have. A huge improvement over my previous headset (AKG 612 Pros) though perhaps that's to be expected for £100 more. If you're on the fence you won't regret picking these up.

Disappointed... please avoid this headset; overpriced, horrendous mic, and inadequate performance overall.

¡Estos auriculares son realmente impresionantes! Son muy ligeros y extremadamente cómodos, puedes usarlos durante horas sin ninguna molestia. La posibilidad de conectarse tanto por Wi-Fi como por Bluetooth ofrece una libertad total. La conexión es estable, rápida y sencilla, sin ningún tipo de problema. El sonido es simplemente excelente, incluso para los usuarios más exigentes. Si pudiera dar 6 estrellas, estos auriculares definitivamente las merecerían. ¡Altamente recomendados!

Rezension für: ASUS ROG DELTA S Lieferung: Die Lieferung erfolgte wie angegeben innerhalb eines Tages durch Amazon. Verpackung: Der Produktkarton war in Folie, der Karton selbst war, wie man es von Asus ROG kennt, sehr hochwertig! Das Headset befand sich in einer Plastik-Schablone, darunter direkt ein kleiner Karton fürs Zubehör. Inhalt: ASUS ROG DELTA S Headset mit Protein-Leder Ohrpolster + Adapter/Verlängerung USB-C auf USB-A + Ersatzpolster (ROG Hybrid, Protein-Leder/Meshgewebe) + Papierkram (Anleitung/Garantie). Einrichtung: Das Headset wird per USB-C oder USB-A (Adapter/Verlängerung) an das gewünschte Gerät angeschlossen, ich nutze es am PC. Wie üblich richtet sich das Headset über Win10 selbst ein. Über die Software Armoury Crate, welche von Asus kostenfrei zur Verfügung gestellt wird, kann man noch viele Feineinstellungen vornehmen. Ob Equalizer oder zusätzliche Soundoptionen wie Bassboost etc. oder Besonderheiten wie die AI-Geräuschunterdrückung, können hier eingestellt werden. Tragekomfort: Mir gefallen die D-förmigen Ohrpolster sehr gut, da diese so in etwa auch die Ohrform wiederspiegeln. aktuell habe ich nur die Protein-Leder Polstern, welche von Anfang an am Headset sind, genutzt. Diese sind schön weiche und es entsteht auch kein Drücken, der Bügel des Headsets ist selbstverständlich einstellbar. Was mir auf jeden Fall sehr positiv aufgefallen ist, ist das geringe Gewicht des Headsets, aufgrund des Verwendens von überwiegend Kunststoff statt Metall, hat man hier keinen Stein auf dem Kopf sitzen, auch nach einer längeren Session über Stunden, fällt das Gewicht kaum auf. RGB-Beleuchtung: das Headset bietet eine wunderschöne RGB-Beleuchtung, welche das Headset an den Ohrmuscheln wirklich aufwertet. Wer Asus Sync benutzt, kann das Headset anderen bereits genutzten Asus Produkten, welche Asus Sync unterstützen, synchronisieren. Aktuell erstrahlen bei mir Headset, Headset-Stand, Mauspad, RAM, Mainboard, Grafikkarte sowie Netzteil im selben Effekt. Natürlich ists auch möglich, die Beleuchtung eigenständig bzw separat nur fürs Headset vorzunehmen. Sound/Klang: Ich bin kein Tontechniker bzw kein Profi was Sound angeht, ich bin mit dem Klang des Headsets aber völlig zufrieden, durch die zahlreichen Einstellungen in der Armoury Crate Software, kann man den Sound auf seine Wünsche zuschneiden, ebenfalls auch den 7.1. Sourround-Sound . Beim Gaming sind Schritte gut ortbar. Mikrofon: Zum Mikrofon kann ich leider noch keine größeren Angaben machen, da beim zuerst gelieferten Delta S das Mikro defekt war und ich das neu erhaltene Headset noch nicht für den Sprachchat genutzt habe, jedoch kann ich sagen, dass das Mikro flexibel und abnehmbar ist und auch mittels kleiner roten LED anzeigt, wenn es gemutet ist. Bedienung am Headset: Bedienelemente sind nur an der linken Ohrmuschel zu finden. So können hier Lautstärke lauter/leider sowie mit Druck aufs Rad Mute eingestellt werden. Zusätzlich gibts auch die Möglichkeit die RGB Beleuchtung um bzw. auch auszuschalten. Ansonsten ist hier nur das festmontierte Kabel sowie das Mikro (verbunden per Klinke) zu finden. Wünschenswert wäre hier noch die Latstärkeregelung zwischen Sound & Chat! Die größten Einbußen macht das Headset leider beim Preis, ASUS-typisch zahlt man wie gewohnt hier etwas mehr, wer das nötige Kleingeld jedoch hat, wird mit dem Headset viel Spaß haben. Ich nutze es auf jeden Fall sehr gerne! Fotos folgen :-)
