5 stars for the quality of this magnesium supplement! It’s absolutely stunning. Helped and did wonders for my acidity and also helped so much in focus. Would recommend this to anyone who has problems focusing and has acidity problems. My acidity is completely gone now ! No burps and no heart burn. ❤️ it helps me sleep amazing too. Packaging good. Not sure about the quality of content of magnesium capsules. If details on paper is correct, magnesium glycinate is the easy digestible form of magnesium!

I really like this product as help me get my sleep quality better and more efficient and is totally amazing and easy to use just take before sleeping and it works totally fine.

This Magnesium looks like it is Magnesium Glycinate indeed because it helped me in feeling sleepy after taking it. I took it with lunch for 2-3 days, and then I started feeling sleepy at my time of sleep. So, it appears to work. As a side-effect, light heart palpitations also started, but thankfully, after not taking it daily, they stopped. Maybe, the palpitations happened due to increase in magnesium with respect to other electrolyte(s). That is all I can say so far.
