It works beautifully, I can tell it protects my hair from high heat instruments bc after using, my hair is soft, supple, and healthy. My hair doesn't dry out, doesn't feel dry or brittle when I use this spray before using heating tools on my hair. It has a lovely subtle fragrance. It does squirt out a bit more than a fine mist, but not too much, it works just fine.
