I would not buy this product I bought this to use for a campaign and wasn't able to use the fish credit which was supposed to be x30 I called the company it's been close to a month, and they haven't fixed the issue. I get that sometimes a product may have an issue. But when a person calls customer service and they don't take care of the issue, I have a major problem with that. I have had to spend a lot of extra time trying to find a way to get something else to use. What a waste of money. CUSTOMER SERVICE BELOW STANDARDS. THEY WILL ANSERW THE PHONE BUT, DON'T SOLVE THE ISSUE. THANKS FOR ALL THE EXTRA WORK. NEVER AGAIN!

These Timekettle M3 translator earbuds work surprisingly well and make conversations in different languages much easier. The real-time translation is fast and accurate, and the sound quality is clear for both music and calls. I love that they support offline translation and don’t require a subscription. The earbuds are comfortable to wear and easy to connect with both iPhone and Android devices. Perfect for travel, business meetings, or learning new languages. Very useful and worth the price!

These are a good entry-level translation device and offer solid value for the price. When you're in a quiet environment and speaking with someone nearby, the translations work surprisingly well and make conversations much easier.However, they do struggle in noisy environments. Background noise can affect the accuracy, so I wouldn't rely on them in crowded streets, busy restaurants, or other loud settings.One improvement I'd really like to see is better language localization. Spanish isn't the same everywhere, and it would be helpful if the app offered country-specific options such as Mexican Spanish, Spain Spanish, Argentine Spanish, etc. The current translations can sometimes miss local vocabulary and expressions.The touch controls and switching between modes can also be a little cumbersome. I'm already considering upgrading to the WT or WT Pro series and hope those models provide a more seamless experience.Overall, if you're looking for an affordable way to start using translation earbuds, these are a good choice. They aren't perfect, but they work well enough to make real conversations possible and are a great introduction to translation technology.

It was challenging to translate mandarin chinese into English in Taiwan. Works well as an earbud!

The customer support is awesome. I ran into a problem with one earbud and they responded very quickly. I was so happy they were able to help. I could not return them because I was outside of Amazon return policy. I did panic a little, because these were not the cheap kind. These are very good quality. And I did not want to purchase another pair. So I message customer support, and after all the troubleshooting failed, they sent me a replacement.

So, it wont't work, has no tech support, and is impossible to muddle through a return process - a $90 boat anchor. I'd rate it lower than 1 star were it possible.. This did not 'pair' with iPhone, didn't even appear in the iPhone Bluetooth screen. Eventually, the app stopped respond at all, and the support options were a totally useless. And the attempt to return, is thwarted away to some out-of-Amazon Canadian site, which is ridiculously difficult to work with.
