Great grill, not so easy to clean
Update: I first used the grill with aluminum foil over the grate to prevent messes. It barely worked at all. I removed the foil and it worked perfectly. It heats up fast and cooks perfectly. Only concern now is itโll be hard to clean. Original review: The heating element on this product, barely heats up. I opened it for the first time and cooked three jumbo hotdogs and took Close to hour. I donโt recommend unless you have hours to cook.

You get what you pay for.
We sent this guy back to Amazon. No grease trap, no way of lifting out grate. Takes 2 hours to assemble. Would be easy to burn oneself. Very dim power LED -- can't see when outdoors in sun. Control does not click off (could remain on by accident). Plastic feet (on this metal device that heats up and difficult to know if it is off). This is a low-price/very low-value product.

Highly recommend
I do love this grill, plenty of space..but I'll have to admit it was a pain to put together, it looks simple enough but my daughter said it was awful ๐ but as far as grilling on it superb love it ๐

Weak support legs
This does a very good job of cooking, however... I bought this to use while traveling in the RV. The support legs are JUNK. Broke two in three trips. I am fabricating new using wood. Any side stress on the legs and they break immediately. If you need a small patio grill, this is a good buy. If you want something robust and you are not handy, take a pass on this one.

Great grill
A little pain to clean. Gotta take it apart.

Poor customer service.
Heating element blew out after 8-10 uses. Contacted company via e mail as requested to get replacement element. No response after 5 days. Up to now the grill worked o.k. on our condo porch. Would have to overcook pork chops to get some color on them. Would not order again. Can only contact their customer service by e mail, no phone numbers anywhere on their site.
