Churn butters have enhanced all my dishes! Both flavors, garlic & shallot and miso, pair perfectly with fish and veggies. Both butters provide immense amount of flavor, you don't need to add a ton of seasoning and oil, just butter!

The flavor was lacking for me. I couldn't detect the difference between the varieties that I purchased and taste didn't come through in the food it was added to.
