Pretty, but so soft!
Maybe it’s just me? I don’t really know how to rate these earrings. They aren’t the fake looking brassy gold that you get sometimes. These are a beautiful true gold color and the stones don’t scream imitation. They are absolutely lovely to look at. But. There’s always a but, right? I found that I needed to wear the non-sag backs with them to keep them in place. It’s also extremely easy to pinch them too hard while inserting them. Then the vertical bars aren’t vertical as much as leaning into each other. So I always had to push them back apart after I took them out for the day. The last time I wore them, I was trying to put them in without using a mirror and the post bent. These are just too fussy to add any value to my wardrobe. I love the way they look, but they give me nothing but frustration when I try to wear them.
