Fin Fun Mermaid Tail Only, Reinforced Tips, NO Monofin, Asian Magenta, Size Adult XS

Let me start by saying my daughter absolutely LOVES this & I guess that makes it worth it. We ordered the Tidal Teal, Lunar Blue & Barracuda Black. The Lunar Blue is gorgeous!! The tails are beautiful & fin seems to be great quality. We have not worn to the pool yet so I am not sure how durable they are or how long they will last. However, I purchased a tail & fin & had to return the first set due to size. I just received my second order & am still disappointed. According to the size chart, my 9 year old daughter is a size 6 in the waist, size 8 in the hips & size 10 in length. I first ordered the size 10 which was way to big in the waist. The water would pull it right off. I could have taken it in but for the $$$ I shouldn’t have to. I returned for a size 8 which just barely fits / fits tight & is too short. My daughter says the 8 is fine but she keeps pulling it up! My daughter is very tall & thin for her age. If your child fits in the size chart, this would be amazing! I returned 2 tails, kept the Lunar Blue & fin. I also ordered a tail & fin from The2tails! Will update with pics & comparison.UPDATE - After ordering another monofin & tail from The2tails, I have to say the Fin Fun is better in design (tail & fin), similar quality, similar price. I have since ordered extra tails from Fin Fun in size 10 for her to grow into. In the end, I am very happy with my purchase, have recommended this product & have & will reorder!

My 9 year old daughter got this for Christmas. She's wanted one for awhile. She already had a plastic monofin bought at Target a few seasons earlier. It fits just fine in the tail. She wore it to the indoor pool and loved swimming in it. She got lots of attention as well. She is a fairly strong swimmer and had no issues using it. She is a very thin 9 year old (about 52 pounds, which puts her in the 5%) and a little below average in height for her age (around 25%). Her measurements didn't fit any of the sizes so I opted to size up to make sure it was long enough. It's big at the waist, but it works just fine. Also a little long, goes up well past her belly button, but I figure she will be able to use it for awhile. It's very cute, the color is vibrant and fun.

This is our second Fin Fun mermaid tail. My daughter has had the first one for 3 years, so we ordered a larger size. We can still use the mono fin we ordered with the original tail. My daughter has gotten so much enjoyment from these mermaid tails! One of the best purchases I have made for her. Her first tail does have quite a bit of wear on the fins, so I’m glad the new one we ordered has the reinforced fabric on the fins. I’m sure we will get several years of enjoyment from this tail

At the age of 58 a dream came true. I became a mermaid. This is possible with the finfun mermaid tail. Swimming in the fin and tail is good exercise as well as being a whole lot of fun. We swim in pools and in the ocean. It is a wonderful way to connect with your grandchildren too. The products are and last well.

Got my first tail from this company years ago, they don't disappoint. Good work out in the pool, fun for photos. Love that the tips are reinforced with rubber/silicone now. Wish they had velcro on the bottom to hide where you slip in the fin.

This is the second mermaid fin I've purchased. First was last summer for my niece turning 10! She loves it and many of her friends asked for fins for their birthdays. Her younger sister kept trying to "borrow" it but it was too big, so her birthday is just around the corner, so I ordered the size 8 (she's a skinny almost-9-year-old) and I can't wait to watch her swim in it! We did not get the mono fin, but I am considering ordering it if she thinks it's too difficult to swim without it.

I use this swimming fin when I am on vacation. It's a beautiful color and blends in well with several of my swimsuits. I purchased this set as a celebration of getting some good results on medical tests. I couldn't be happier with my purchase.

Outrageously beautiful and well made! It was one of the best gifts we gave during the holidays, and we also got the two-piece bathing suit to match it (to create a top). It is gorgeous, comfy, and it was the hit of the whole holiday season!
