BE WARNEDI bought this chair a year ago and it's already useless. The base of the chair is now permanently slanted on an angle putting major strain on my knees. I have been avoiding using my computer because I cannot sit in this chair any more, but like many reading this review, I can't just blow another few hundred dollars on a chair.I emailed the company as they said I would have a 5 year warranty. I sent pictures and they agreed it was covered by warranty. They then asked my address and then stopped responding. I have emailed multiple times since with no response. I even forwarded the email chain to their support address and got no response.$500 wasted on a chair with absolutely no support whatsoever. Not happy.

Chair is comfortable with the exception of the arms which offer no padding (hard as rock). Had to add foam pads immediately.

I have enjoyed having this chair since my purchase 6/2025. The chair was fairly easy to assemble and light enough for one person to build. The OEpEO is very affordable and a great selection of colors. After a lot of research and comparing it to the Aeron it was more affordable to get the OEpEO than buying Aeron accessories. The OEpEO is sturdy with great build quality and actually lighter so positioning it in the room and on bare floor and carpet is capable even with one hand. I love the simple adjustment bar/lever where I can lock the back and adjust height. Love the included lumbar support and head rest.The OEpEO chair allows me to sit and work for long periods of time and allows me to pay more attention to my posture thanks to both lumbar and head rest. The seat mesh is not smooth enough when wearing shorts so your legs over time will feel the seat mesh. It may irritate, but I normally will stand for a couple of minutes.The OEpEO chair arm rests are a bit too high for me even in the lower position and often hit the edge of my desk. So have to adjust the chair height or raise the desk height for the chair's final storage position.Even though it's all in one would like to see some accessories. to the chair maybe a thigh support addition and or a breathable seat cover ( color coordinated).
