My Rugged Computer
This laptop computer worked well for about a year and a half. Then it stopped working while I was overseas. When I returned to the US, I sent it to Dell for repairs, as it was still under warranty. The motherboard was replaced. But I did not know the BitLocker code so I couldn’t access anything. I returned it to Dell and they cleared everything from computer. It now works great but I wonder if another hardware failure may occur.

This POS has no cellular connectivity
This just says open box, it is refurbished! It does NOT have the equipment nor an IMEI number and will not do cellular even though it has a nano sim slot. It is misrepresented and tech support is lacking!!

Rugged doesn't mean what you think.
While the casing is tough enough for a jobsite, there are weak components. Mine blew out two sets of speakers within 12 months. Dell only sells you half the computer if you need speakers, so not worth replacing after warranty expired. buy an external speaker in advance. You will need it. And then the rubber "feet" on the bottom started to fall off. Never found one of them. Can't buy them anywhere. Dell could resolve the issues by simply making easy-to-replace parts available either directly of thru Amazon, but they choose not to.

Love it, but... avoid water!
This laptop is quite sturdy. However the keyboard and display stopped working when sprayed with water! This was very disappointing because the advertisements for this laptop is showing the laptop sitting in mud covered with water. It is supposed to have an IP53 rating, but don't test it like I did. I sprayed it with water and the display and keyboard died right then. 🥲🥲 Other than that, it is a nice laptop.

Battery does not last 25 hours
It comes with one of two batteries equipped, and the battery chargre lasts 2 hours tops. Nothing near 25 hours.
