I'm not a doctor or an athlete, but these seemed to work well on a multi day motorcycle trip. I drank my usual (while motorcycling) 3 liters of water per day, but I didn't have to stop and dis-hydrate as frequently as I did last year. They also seem to help prevent hangover headaches, not that I've really put them through any rigorous testing in that regard, but they seem to help. The taste is a bit over the top, like a sour patch kid candy. I guess they are sour to cover the taste of salt, and sweet to make the sour tolerable. The packaging says they work better if you chew them thoroughly, but I need to wash them down pretty quickly. I think I'd prefer it to just taste like electrolyte salts. Fortunately it has no lingering aftertaste, like aspartame or stevia. As others have said, the little dispenser is handy for keeping in a pocket. They should include one per bottle instead of one per order. Not a real big deal though since I'll probably reorder these.

They taste okay, but def not good. It’s not candy. However I have pots and I also work out a lot. These help get my electro lights back. Great for workouts and great for people with pots
