Very good product used it for 3 months . And had issues for connection. It was in warranty period. I contacted the customer care. They replaced the product. Very responsive customer care. After sales 👍🏾👍🏾

Good: 1. The design was ergonomic and ensures the neck collar headset doesn't fall off when you swing your head or when you're exercising. 2. The ear buds fit nicely including the body of the ear buds which amazingly fits snugly in the upper part of my ear canal. Poor: Reason for the 1-Star 1. I used it for Video Calls and experienced very little intermittent connection issues. 2. But when I used it for entertainment, I've got serious intermittent connection throughout. I tried it with WIFI, 4Gs and 5Gs, all of which were full bars of connectivity. Furthermore, I tried with different Apps like Spotify, Netflix (already downloaded movies), YouTube, TikTok other Misc entertainment apps. All of which experienced intermittent connection issues while on PLAY. PS: 1. I had bought 2 of them, one of which I am waiting for my colleague to test it out and give her feedback. I have till 10 Jun for my eligible return; so let's see. 2. I am going to turn off my Bluetooth to my Huawei WatchFit and see whether there's any difference (Cos my iPhone is constantly connected with my watch).

Nice quality and voice very clear and Mike is very good with another people

Its a good product but need to return it as it has manufacturing defect. battery drain fast and when charging it does gets full even after pluging it in the charger for 12 hrs straight.

This was doing well until after the free return period ended when this piece stopped working suddenly. Although it was after the return bracket, still the supplier right away agreed to give the full refund. Very positive and customer oriented approach. Surely recommended.
