Fantastic product I got this after watching a fb fitness person highlighted the benefits of it and thought yeah yeah gonna be crap , holy cow i couldn't believe it hubby has allways held onto his crap regularly going 2-3 days without going to poop after the first day of using this he is now going every day sometimes twice a day and feels great no more bloated belly and sings the praise for the fb fitness person who he couldn't stand beforehand
