I thought the bottom slides out for cleaning but it's stationary. Otherwise it's the right size and quality built.

I absolutely love these. I haven’t updated my kitchen in a while and was looking for something new for my utensils and I love it. The only complaint I have is they came smelling super weird almost like a minty smell but not quite super weird but otherwise I love them.

I actually love not only how it looks but how much it can hold. I currently live in an apartment so my kitchen is not that big, I have to improvise the space. I never thought I be one of those but I actually use baskets and containers and it has really been a game changer. Anyhow, I still couldn’t find space in my drawers for cooking utensils so I normally had the container that came with the wooden utensils and I had an extra container I got at IKEA with the other utensils. As you can imagine it didn’t look good and they were always all over the place. I wanted something that looks nice, is big enough to hold all the utensils and doesn’t take a lot of space. I’m very happy with my purchase, it holds all my utensils plus it still has a lot of room left over. Also, I placed by the side I use less for cooking, since other reviews mentioned it can get stained easily and it’s hard to remove the stains unless you’re willing to paint it. Obviously I’m not, specially because I like the letters. Overall, I’m happy because it is exactly what I was looking for. Also, I didn’t rate it on durability because I just got it yesterday but so far it looks sturdy enough.
