arrived fully charged so i was able to try it out right away, which was nice.i don’t think i will ever pluck again, this is easy to use and painless.

I’ve probably used this thing a total of about ten times in the past year and it no longer works. I can get it to power up and it sounds it should work but the second you couch a hair with it; it looses all power, truly disappointed. It’s charged so that’s not the problem, I charged it overnight and got the same result. If you decide to purchase this, you should consider it a disposable product that way you won’t be so disappointed when it won’t last long.
