No but it helps heal them faster. Put MC in band aid and cover the cut. Apply about once a day.

This is a great product for small injuries. I use it on the little splits in the area between my toes. I put it in a mini spray bottle and simply spray my toes on the bottom of my feet. Can also be used as it comes in the bottle with the little plastic stick attached to the inside of the lid.

I have used this antiseptic for years. It protects scratches from germs, and speeds up the healing process. The container did not have a brush applicator; the applicator is a plastic paddle, not as good as a brush.
