It works well, my new cleaning pal. Floor dries in a reasonable time. Good water capacity, I like that the sound changes to alert you that it is empty. The pads are not so good, worn already, stained easily. Wish they sold affordable replacement pads. Still not sure how to use all the parts included as yet. Ok overall.

Absolutely lovely the pads are not that good of a quality but it was a reasonable price and it works on carpets better than we can do

Attention à la prise qui est uk, il faut un adaptateur si vos prises sont françaises ! Je viens d'essayer pour la première fois sur mon carrelage et je suis ravie : facile à manier, assez d'autonomie d'eau en mettant seulement 175ml, et bien plus efficace que ma serpillière classique notamment sur les tâches que j'aurais dû frotter. Et puis, autres points forts : normalement la chaleur désinfecte le sol, et dans tous les cas, ça sèche très vite ! Je pense que niveau qualité-prix et accesoires, c'est le meilleur disponible actuellement.

Since breeching l becoming disabled, I've struggled to mop my floors - and all except one room in my flat is wood. I didn't have high expectations of this, as the price seemed to be quite low for what it claimed. It's actually a life changer. It's sturdy and well made, but lightweight enough that I push it around without too much pain. It's stability is a great feature, it'll stand up without falling over when you need a break. It heats up quickly, and doesn't leave the floor wet so there's no risk of me slipping over. It's easy to use as a handheld rather than a full length mop. The accessories are amazing, I've cleaned my entire house this morning. It comes with 10 accessories, including a grout cleaning tool, scrubbing brushes, and a window squeegee. It's flat enough to get under furniture, and the triangle shape of the head means it's easy to get into corners. I did think that thewater tank isn't that big, but I've done 2 rooms on one tank. My only wish is for a headlight, like on a vacuum cleaner, so I can easily see what I'm cleaning in dark areas, and a larger scrubbing brush for large areas like rugs. However, neither of those detract from this product's greatness. This is a brilliant product for a very reasonable price. I would highly recommend it.
