Fits like a glove
Our 1971 built house has wall mounted toilets. Someone in the past replaced the seal with a wax ring. It started leaking a few weeks ago. Once we knew what the problem was, I ordered and replaced the wax ring with the correct gasket. No LEAKS, easy installation. There is a film on each side that must be pealed off to expose the adhesive on the gasket--holds it in place as you replace the toilet on the wall. Be sure to align the toilet with the pipe so you don't start leaking again. I had to put a piece of baseboard under the toilet to raise it so it aligned with the pipe. Tighten carefully...you don't want to crack the porcelain. Around here these toilets are about $800 to replace, if you can find one. You may need two people to install it...they're heavy and can be awkward.

It works
It works, the adhesive isn't he greatest, make sure you clean the sealing surface thoroughly (I used acetone to remove the residue from the previous wax/composite seal).

Seems to work
Bought a house from the 60's with wall mount toilets. Plumber told me that they used a different kind of gasket then the traditional wax ring. Ordered this "gasket" and was at first incredulously disappointed thinking that I had gotten scammed. The thing is literally a piece of dense foam with sticky tape on both sides. But hey... It seems to work. No leaks and it was easy to install.

So far so good
If you're unfortunate enough to have a rear discharge toilet this ring is a life saver. Mine started leaking so I ordered a felt reinforced wax ring made specifically for a rear discharge toilet and it leaked within 3 weeks. I cleaned the wax off the toilet and flange really well making sure to remove all wax and put this ring on. So far so good. I'm pretty sure if you have no leaks immediately after installing a neoprene ring you're good to go being that they hold their shape and won't start sagging. Will update if I have issues. A month and a half later and still leak free. I think we're in the clear. Great product.

Must have for rear exit toilet
If youโre unlucky enough to have a rear exit toilet, you know the issues. This little foam flange makes a tight seal without leaving a place for water to pool(drip.) simple yet effective.

We will see....
Heard good things about this gasket. The gasket must of been old. The removable adhesive sticker seemed permanently on the gasket. It was tough to peel off and parts of the gasket came up with it. I installed it anyways because I had to. I'll keep my fingers crossed ๐ค๐ป. Three star rating due to that.
