I was very disappointed with the color of the wig. I ordered the gray and expected the color of the wig to be mixed gray with a "little" black and look more like the model in the picture. I wear my "mixed" gray hair proudly!! This is not what I expected therefore I will be returning the wig.

This wig shipped and arrived very fast and I got it for a family member who wanted a nice wig. She loves how it fits and how it looks. The wig is real hair! and it is very soft, very full, and easy to care for it. With the useful inserts in the box, you can learn how to wash it with shampoo and conditioner, (it has a card with detailed care instructions) and it's recommended that you deep condition it about once every two weeks. There's also a separate weaving cap in the box, with pictures how to use it, another card with 10 steps on how to care for curly hair, and a very nice personal note from the manufacturer. There's a very thin cover / mesh over the wig when it arrives, you might be able to see it in the short video that i am including., but I think you remove that when wearing it, but I'm not exactly sure. Anyway, this is a really nice product and I will probably get another one. Thank you and I hope this is helpful for your decisions.

I really liked this wig great style and color I ordered the same wig and was sent a different one I'm very upset and disappointed! I hate it when a company substitutes. I will try and contact the HUA company Amazon will not help you at all...

I really like this wig. It’s very soft and silky. The curls were too tight for me. I washed it and applied mousse so it looks more wet and wavy. I must say that there is a small lump of hair at top off to the right side that I’m not happy with, but I’ll figure something out. It’s pretty short in the back. I have a very small head and the cap fits well. I’m ordering another one in a lighter color for the summer.

I brought this for my mum’s elderly friend, and she loves it so much. The hair has the soft texture. It comes exactly what it was described in the post. She loves it because it’s really complimenting her facial tone and her face. It’s also very similar to her hair, but her hair is way lighter than the wig. The package arrived quickly. It only took a couple days (perhaps 5) days to arrived in the US. She was so excited to get. The package was real nicely packaged. The wig doesn’t smudge together or lost its style on the transit. Which was definitely the huge huge plus (some wigs do lost their styles on the way from the transit- especially overseas). Since it’s a human hair, it doesn’t get too fluffy or out of style after a few wears. (Like the synthetic hair. They do get fluffy and become so tangled in a few wears. Then they become unwearable. This wig doesn’t!!! Which is so nice!!). The elderly woman who received it said that she’ll definitely wear it often to church and other places she goes. (Even the supermarket!). So, I know she absolutely loved it. The wig has the nice colours. There are varieties of colours to choose from! I’m so glad that they have highlighted one. The seller is absolutely great at communication. Everything is absolutely perfect and smooth from transaction to shipping! The elderly woman’s spirit is definitely cheered up by receiving the wig. You know? From all this pandemic that’s going on since Corona can bring a lot of people’s spirits down) anyways! If you’re thinking whether to get it or not, I’d say to get it! The quality of this wig is soft and manageable and the two-tone combination of 1B-30is simply beautiful. The curls are also perfect 👏🏽A wonderful buy. 🤗However, I had to return this wig as it does not look as lovely on me as on the model😔

Wig was ill fitting - too tight.

Really wanted this to work for me but nah, this is NOT the one. Although very soft & the color isn't bad, the construction at the top of the wig is wonky. I'd rather return it than try to make it work for me.
