I've been using this holder for a month now and it works great. My phone just fits in the holder with my pop socket and has not fallen out. I like the CD mount, stays in well without damaging anything. It's worked well and good for price.

I've tried out many phone holders in my cars and never found one that checked all the boxes. This one seems to. I just bought a 2021 Acura and was surprised that it had an in-dash CD player - something that I wouldn't use. So when I was looking for phone holders this one caught my eye since it could be mounted using the CD slot, but what was really appealing was the fact that it was so adjustable. I was looking at another holder that utilized the CD slot but I was concerned that it would block my lower in-dash screen. This one appeared to not have that problem so I went for it. The adjustability of this is great. I use the CD slot and was able to easily adjust the phone cradle so that it would not obstruct anything important. I saw that it also came with an alternate mounting mechanism - that being an attachment that would be used to mount it on an air vent. The CD slot worked best for me although after trying out the air-vent mount it seemed to be way better than any similar holders I've used in the past. If I have one complaint it's that this holder rattles a bit - but only when there is no phone attached to it. When the phone is there it's quiet, although it does shake a little. I noticed that mentioned in a prior review but when you think about it, it has to have some give to it - for the same reason that skyscrapers sway in the wind. So once the phone is mounted it's not going anywhere and it's held in place very securely, which is what we all want. Whether you have a in-dash CD player or plan to mount this on an air vent, it's a great choice.

I've been using this for a few months now, and it works quite will. It holds very well, and I've only had to retighten it maybe once a month. Good value considering it's range of motion as well. The only thing that's annoying with it is that it rattles while driving if it isn't holding a phone (only way to stop the rattling is to close both arms completely), and the release button on the back opens the arms really slowly. They're easy to live with, but just inconvenient sometimes.

This is the second holder of this type that I have used. The first one lasted over ten years. I am expecting this one to last even longer, as it is better built, and I don't have to struggle to get my phone into it. I really like the adjustability, as it is infinitely adjustable in almost every direction. The "ball" fitting for the piece that holds the phone is difficult to get tight enough, but I solved that by cleaning the ball and all the surfaces that touch it with some alcohol. Now it stays put. I highly recommend this holder if you have a vehicle with a CD player, since CD players are quickly becoming a thing of the past.

I have had this for over a year and use it almost every day. Super durable. Easy set up. Comes with everything you need. I can still charge my phone while using. I have mine set up with the county player attachment and works great in my Traverse.

Look, the adjustability of the design is what makes this holder stand out and what makes it appealing to many of us. My car has very limited mounting options and the CD slot is about it. However, an actually sturdy CD mount puts the phone too low and it interferes with the shifter and some of the buttons I need. So I got this so I could mount it in the slot but get the phone up higher which this does. The problem is that the little slider that the ball mount is part of wobbles. It will always wobble as it has slop in the mechanism as part of the design and it can't be tightened. This holder is currently $15, not worth returning and frankly there isn't another option that I think would work much better but... I'm not dealing with the amount of crazy wobble that this thing has in it's current form, not even for a drive around the block! So for my needs, I set it where I need it in my car and I super glued the ball/adjustable mechanism slider in place solid. It is no longer adjustable but guess what, has no wobble anymore. IF that will work for you then maybe consider getting this despite the design flaw, otherwise you have to weigh my review against the hundreds that rave about how "Sturdy" and "Solid" this mount is. I don't know what to tell you, it isn't :/

I use this to mount a cell phone that acts like a dash cam. My CD slot is on top of the radio, and I'm able to video my driving with the phone horizontal. It also has a wide enough grip that my phone fits in with the cover on. Great Item

Easy assembly, just inserting a ball into a slot and tightening required. It comes with two methods, a vent mount and a CD player mount. Personally, I use the air vent mount due to the CD player mount obstructing my field of view from my stereo screen. Fits into your CD player. At first, I thought itd insert the whole way, but it actually fits at the beginning, so your CD player does not try and read anything. All you have to do is tighten the clamp so it grips the edges of the player and doesn't fall out. Release button is smooth and easy to use. You're able to tilt the holding part so you get the angle you need. Cannot fault the product for the price, does what it states, I have a rather large phone and fits with more room to spare. CD player is the perfect height to look at the phone too. Highly recommend for those who are sick of looking at their GPS with their phone in their lap or in the cup holder.

Le support est vraiment très pratique et de bonne qualité!! Moi je l'adore, mes attentes sont comblées. Il peut s'utiliser de plusieurs façons, vous pouvez l'installer au niveau de la fente pour CD ou des aérations, moi j'en cherchais un au niveau du poste radio car les CD ne fonctionnent plus et je trouve ça plus pratique car sur le pare brise je n'aime pas pour la visibilité de la route pas genial et sur les aérations non plus c'est pas terrible et là il est vraiment bien, facile d'utilisation et tiens parfaitement. J'en ai eu plusieurs qui était plus chers et qui n'ont pas tenu dans le temps celui là est beaucoup mieux. N'hésitez pas foncez et pour le prix c'est parfait!

Il prodotto è di buona fattura. Molto stabile in quanto le viti stringono bene anche quella che fissa il supporto alla fessura del CD. Sono stato contento perché si può montare nel modo che meglio si addice per non coprire il display. Nella mia Auris ho preferito montarlo in modo che la vite che stringe la bocchetta CD sia sul lato sopra così non mi copre la visuale del display. Vedere foto. Excelente producto, leí una opinión antes de adquirirlo que mencionaba que era muy ruidoso al no tener el celular puesto pero eso es porque hay que cerrar la pinza que sostiene al celular y que al estar sin el y abierta hace ruido. Con este diseño se facilita mucho porque no me tapa controles o botones en la pantalla del carro Para mi muy buena compra

Ich nutze diese Halterung mit einem Google Pixel 7a und bin sehr zufrieden. Die Montage im CD-Schlitz ging schnell, und die Halterung sitzt bei mir bombenfest – auch auf schlechten Straßen wackelt nichts und das Handy bleibt sicher an Ort und Stelle. Das Pixel 7a passt problemlos in die Halterung (auch mit Hülle), lässt sich schnell einsetzen und entnehmen, und der Blickwinkel ist durch die Verstellmöglichkeiten/360°-Drehung sehr gut anpassbar. Dadurch kann ich die Navigation optimal ablesen, ohne dass es im Cockpit störend wirkt. Fazit: Stabil, praktisch und endlich eine Halterung, die im Alltag einfach funktioniert. Klare 5 Sterne.
