I was genuinely surprised by how comfortable this waist trainer is — it hugs the body well, provides a snug fit without feeling suffocating, and sits smoothly under my clothes. It felt supportive and even encouraged better posture throughout the day

I do love this product. It doesn’t roll down on you and it will give you a smaller waist. I can wear it all day, working or going out dancing and this thing will not move! It is breathable and I don’t sweat in it. Also it does help your posture. But any back rolls you have will gather and seem to spill over along the top of this corset. This is easily hidden with long hair or certain clothes. I think someone else mentioned that but I still am impressed with it.
