Having had gut surgery a few years back which left me at risk of vitamin B12 deficiency (and experiencing a few of the symptoms), I decided to try this mouth spray. The flavour isn't unpleasant, and using it regularly near completely reduced the symptoms. The only downside is the amount of plastic for a relatively limited course.
