This is replacing a Dell (heavy and now loud=fan) laptop that I have had for many years. I didn’t really know what I was looking for until I started to read about chromebooks. I have basic needs for my business (crop photos for online selling) and just general web browsing. After reading reviews, I choose this one and I’m so glad I did. I really like the feel of the keyboard as well as how light weight it was. The only slight negative is the screen, though I knew it was small, it seems not as ‘crisp’ as it should be….yes, I wear glasses. Hahaha!

It do get hot 🔥 at the bottom of the laptop when you do on the laptop for so long yeah it get hot 🔥🥵, 😔💻 that only thing that is a promise but it fun always things to do in the laptop for fun who ever play Xbox can play with this laptop but yeah no it not a touch screen 😭💔 but it fine for me it a 11.6 size like a small laptop 💻💻💻💻

It's good for things like watching YouTube and TV but the resolution is pritty low overall a bit underperforming for the price I ended up giving it to my little brother so he could use it for his YouTube analytics and stuff like that.

Work

This Chrome Book is not as user friendly as a regular laptop. It will serve my purpose but if you are wanting something to use for school or work I would recommend spending a little more and get a regular laptop. I wanted something smaller with a keyboard for surfing the internet and watching YouTube and that is what I got.

The look is good quality, lightweight and thin. I just want it to pay my bills instead of using my phone. Thumbs up.

We are a small non-profit working with the developmentally disabled and we purchased 40 chromebooks for a project in the individuals' homes. All but one wouldn't work because this model/serial is no longer supported by Google. Seller REFUSED to let us return them because we didn't find out this issue until after the 30-day return. window. I do NOT recommend this seller and certainly not this model. The response for selling a DEFECTIVE product was "contact Lenovo." Well, Lenovo didn't scam me! VERY disappointed and dissatisfied all around. I'd give negative stars if possible.

Still learning about Chromebooks, what works and what doesn't. (quite a learning curve). This purchase included a USB extension cable, HDMI cable, and black mouse pad that were shrink wrapped on the outside of the Lenovo box with a BOLD declaration, "This is a SET". Holy Toledo. The mouse pad REEKED of burnt rubber smell, which made the shrink wrap and the two cables smell to high heaven. My gosh, the STENCH. Will return later with a review of the actual product, which appears to be as expected. If you buy this, be ready to take all of the packaging outside immediately! After using the Chromebook for a couple of days, I'm impressed with how smoothly it works and how well it integrates with my Android phone. GMail accesses messages in sync with other devices (desktop, tablet, phone). Have added several other GMail accounts, which also work well. The primary reason for the purchase was for travel. To have something small enough to pack yet with an actual "screen" and a keyboard for typing. Will take a couple of trips to learn how successful it is. The decision to go with a 'regular' laptop rather than a 2-in-1 appears to be correct. I ordered a 13" Lenovo Chromebook 2-in-1 at the same time to see (a) whether having a Core i3 processor rather than the Celeron made much difference, and (b) how it works in tablet mode. Maybe I would get used to it given enough time, but the feeling of all those keys on the back when in tablet mode is spooky.
