Very enthusiastic kefir grains
Makes nice tasting kefir .

Great, but give it time
It makes a delicious kefir BUT you have to give it time. Grains are delivered very small (hence 4 stars) and it took us 2 weeks of everyday feeding to reach the consistency and taste of kefir. During this long time it’s still fine to drink it but it will taste like soured milk which is very popular in Eastern Europe but that’s not to everyone’s taste. Overall i would recommend.

Amazing grains, fantastic company to deal with
Cannot rate this company highly enough. I contacted them cos advise and got a friendly yet professional reply which explained everything I needed. Instructions are on their website for all their cultures, and shipping is good too

Worked well
Read up before trying, had worked but did a double fermentation and resulted in a fantastic soft cheese, like phily... added some dried cranberries at the end - excellent. Used Kefirko jar system.

Your address labels are printed too small
Due to the tiny very small print on the delivery envelope, the delivery person couldn't read it. I got a missed delivery and I'm just hoping it hasn't affected the quality of the kefir grains. PLEASE MAKE IT EASIER TO READ
