I don’t get it, our soggy doggy barely splashes. I thought it was supposed to be messy water fun. Is something wrong with ours?

It did not splash us once and our faces were 1/2 a centimeter away from the splashing dog. 1 star review. Disappointing.

On the sides of the dice, 4 colored dots blue, pink, yellow, and red there is also a ? mark and paw print hope this helps
