I take it every morning on a empty stomach before I eat anything. The taste is mild and has a nice scent. I recommend this product it's a good value for the money.

One tip on the unfiltered version; make sure you shake the sediment off the bottom of the jar. I finished a bottle and realized there was a lot of good sediment that separated out of the oil. Added a jar of the filtered version to the empty unfiltered jar so as not to waste the seed sediment. Great idea to make the unfiltered. You don't realize how much more of the whole product you miss by getting the filtered version. Good product, strong flavor. I put a little honey on the spoon then the oil and down it goes. Great price. More affordable than my previous go to brand, and seems to me just as strong. Will continue to purchase.

Great value for the price. I liked the protective tube packaging. I liked that it’s in a glass bottle. It does have a not so pleasant taste, but I expect that from black seed oil. I will continue to purchase it.

Excellent product and excellent packaging, but the price is astronomical, which I think is all because of the amount of time and material used to seal and box it totally un-necessarily. the price could have been cut down to half easily by avoiding un-necessary packaging. I'd be a regular monthly customer if the price was more humanly.

This BSO dies not have the "bite" of my previous order (Mother Nature)... and I suspect that it does NOT have a min 2% Thymoquinone. I could be wrong, but the mild taste is concerning.

I drink one table spoon of this every night . Gets the job done (I have pcos)
