Size 10 They hold urine very well. So far no leaking out onto her clothes and her chair/bed. The 9san did well but would leak when full, through to her clothes and chair pads. These 10's have saved on extra laundry and clothes changing, they give her more confidence. She reported they are comfortable and she's very happy with them. She just wishes the district nurses would increase the size of her allocated pads to the 10. They have only increased to the san. She is having to purchase these ones herself. If she's happy, I'm happy. I'd recommend on her behalf.

These were bought according to the information and sizes on the site, it is quite clearly wrong! More money down the drain as once opened you cannot return, why do they not offer sample packs for people that are new to wearing them, that’s now 3 different sizes from 2 brands that all the information is wrong and to be honest incredibly hard to find out! Update wife bought her favourite underwear only 2 sizes larger which seems to have worked, (a lot better than the pants supplied by the manufacturer, which went straight into the bin as they we extremely small even though we ordered 2 sizes larger than normal) she wore the pad for 9 hrs with no leaks, she has stated however that the pads spill out underneath as they are too big for her but there are no smaller ones available (one size does not fit all!) and it gives her the confidence and piece of mind that if she’s going on holiday or a long trip that perhaps she can’t get to a toilet, she’ll be dry when we arrive. One star lost due to the wrong information provided, please do better!

DO NOT BUY THESE FOR BED BOUND PATIENTS , ESPECIALLY IF THEY ARE UNABLE TO MOVE THEIR LEGS OR-AND HIPS . REMEMBER WALKING BARE FOOT , ON HIGH RIDGED ,DEEP GROOVED AND COMPACTED SAND AND THE PAINFUL SENSATION ON THE SOLES OF YOUR FEET ...WELL THAT BEST DESCRIBES THESE . EXTREMELY PAINFUL AGAINST SENSITIVE SKIN . FOR THOSE LIVING ALONE AND TOTALLY RELIANT ON CARERS -LEFT ON THESE FOR 3 TO 4 HRS AT A TIME . IT IT HONESTLY LIKE BEING TORTURED . THINKING IT COULD BE ONLY ONE FAULTY PACK AND THE OTHER PACKE ORDERED , WOULD BE OKAY BUT NO EVERY PACK WAS IN A SIMILAR STATE . SODDY WORKMANSHIP IS BEING KIND .... THEY ARE TOTAL GARBAGE

These are my go to so worth a try and nice and thick as I have weak bladder so they help of a night time highly recommend this product.

These pads are absolutely brilliant. They hold a LOT of liquid, which is good when my mother-in-law loves a cup of tea every hour! We have had no leaks overnight which is a godsend and she feels comfortable for most of the day. They wick the moisture away from the skin so we don't have to worry about rashes. We use them with normal underwear and they stay put. Very pleased and will be ordering these going forward. My mother-in-law is a size 16-18 and the size 10 is perfect.

I saw this product reviewed on another brands site on Amazon. If that makes sense. A woman wrote that this product made her life so much easier. And the other product was getting terrible reviews and there were women on there who were at their wits end because of the laundry issues when leaks happen. So I purchased this product because of that review I saw on another brands site on Amazon. This product has changed my life. I no longer have a ton of laundry from bedding and clothing getting soaked. I ordered the 9s, 10s, and 11s. I started using the 10s first and they are wonderful —excellent products. I use them inside of a Depends brief and often times the Depends brief is not even wet. The 10s hold a huge amount of liquid. [A man reviewed the 11s and said they changed his wife’s quality of life.] I bought all 3 products to see which one works best for me.
