If im going to pay good $$$ for a brand new item
For my particular use the drum was just OK. If im going to pay good $$$ for a brand new item, I expect it to come to me brand new. There were dents, dings, scrapes that left me a little set back for my purchase. I contacted Amazon and there customer service and understanding to the situation was SPOT ON, within minutes we came to a remedy for the situation and I was very pleased with the outcome. Amazon staff was top notch, polite and I feel that this level of customer service will always keep me coming back as a loyal customer.
