These actually work! Very effective. I can finally sleep through the night and also have less dry mouth during the day. I use a Cpap at night and take meds which cause dry mouth. I have struggled for over a year to find something to help. I don't know how these stick/stay on my gums but they do! And they taste good. No bad taste or after taste. One usually lasts me the whole night. It is such a relief to not have terrible constant dry mouth. I've already ordered my second box.

I wake up with my breath feeling fresh and my mouth not emulating the sahara desert. It took me a while to get use to these. I had to find a spot where it was comfortable and stayed put (for me thats right above the tooth right behind (the next one back from) the canine, pushed as far up into my gum/lip area as it can go. The size takes some getting used to also (they arent huge they just feel big once in you can still talk and go about your day as normal and no kne will notice it), however they do last all night. Once you get the hang out of they’re actually quite easy to use. I have tried both the mint (which is mild and pleasant no burning sensation and gives the freshest feeling in the morning) and the plain ones (works but being plain your mouth doesnt feel as fresh in the morning, these are great if you hate mint or worse have a mint allergy, personally I find this very thoughtful of the company) These 100% work. I dont even sleep with my mouth open (has been confirmed) and I would still wake up with the dryest of dry mouths, it gets so bad it’ll actually wake me sometimes. My mouth would hurt in the mornings because it would be so dry. Went in search of anything that could help and stumbled upon these tablets. Figured why not. So glad I did because now I put one of these in every night before bed and when I wake up my mouth isn't dry, these really do help keep your mouth salivating throughout the night. I use them during the day sometimes too. Xylitol is the only thing I've found that actually helps dry mouth. Which in turns helps your teeth stay healthy. (so win win in my book)

Was breathing thru mouth while using cpap, Xylimelts seems to have corrected dry mouth.

I have suffered horribly from dry mouth. Probably combination of medication & dentures. First time I tried it I thought no way I have moisture in my mouth, but I absolutely did!! The taste is great. One last for hours. Mint sticks right to my dentures does not slide around at all. At first when you put in your mouth it may look & feel like you have a bump, but by no means is it uncomfortable. The effectiveness is 100%. I highly recommend if you are suffering from dry mouth.

If you take a med that causes dry mouth, or if you have dry mouth at night, this product is life changing and excellent. Just pop it into your mouth up top on the gum between teeth and cheek, and the little brown side is like a gentle suction cup and sits there most of the night and gentle causes your mouth to salivate gently and lightly. This is SO much better than ones you take that are like blue cough drops- don't work. If you have night-time dry mouth problems, this is your solution. If you sleep mostly on one side, put it on the other side and let the saliva gently flow. Lessens morning bad breath a tad too.

easy to apply, feels comfortable and works well. problem is that it only lasts about 3 hours which means i am woken up by overly dry mouth and have to go reapply. edit- after more uses last closer to 3 hours. also- i am now only using 1 as it seems to have close to same effect as 2

These really help with dry mouth. Because of medication and an autoimmune disease, my mouth gets extremely dry at night. But these really solve the problem, and I only use one at night compared to their recommending two (one on each side of your mouth). They also leave your mouth minty and fresh. (The brown side is flat, and goes against your gums. The white side is what you would see if you opened your mouth.)

I really like these! I've never used anything like it, so was a bit hesitant to go to sleep with a tablet in my mouth. However, the adhesive works great! You just have to hold the tablet in place for a moment to ensure it sticks. The taste isn't terrible, either. Mildly minty and the xylitol sweetness isn't overpowering. I wake up without dry mouth & my breathe is fresh! It's a lot more comfortable to wake up not feeling like I ate a bag of cotton balls! This is a high quality product that I recommend.

I ordered these for my father who experienced dry throat while using the BIPAP machine at night while sleeping. This worked very well for him and gave him comfort.
