Does anyone know where to get a silicone boot for this cup?

Hi! You can look at any marketplace for a silicone boot for this cup. The Stanley Team

Does it leak water at the straw entrance into the lid if tipped over

Just like the large Stanley it certainly leaks if tipped but nearly as bad. $5 from Etsy you can get the little rubber stoppers and it will never leak again!!!

Is this the same as the regular 14 oz tumbler? Is there any difference other than the bear on the front?

I don't think that its any difference , I think its just the color and bear. I have 2 30oz tumblers and they still keep the ice cold.

Can you tell me which little rubber stopper will stop the Stanley 14 ounce tumbler from leaking. Also if amazon sales it and which one
