Could this be used for a kettlebell workout?

No I dont beleive so as they are too narrow just enough handle for one hand to hold for each. You need longer bar handle to use a kettle bell routine. I just cant see this working.

HI! I don't know the circumference of the handle but I also have small hands and if I use them for a long period of time, my hands will cramp and hurt. There are other brands that make a thinner handle
