Followed directions, within 2-3 weeks my grays were obvious. Switching back to company I was using as it covered grays over 4 weeks. Just tried this one for the name, thought it would be a more salon look that lasted. Lesson learned.

WAY TO GO MADISON REED!
REVISED REVIEW: although I was disappointed that this shade did not cover my grays and turned out a brassy shade or orangey brown, I’d opened and used it so therefore couldn’t return it. But the Madison Reed vendor stepped in and issued me a refund. They really do guarantee their products and have excellent customer service. Thank you!

Love this hair color!!
I bought this because I have been having itchy scalp for at least 4 days after having my hair colored at salons over the past year. I've been having my hair colored for over 40 years so this is something new. I read that the Madison Reed color contains no ammonia, PPD's etc. and is gentler on the scalp. So far I've used it twice and no itching!! The color is perfect and I couldn't be happier.
