I'm not saying the product don't work. I used it over 6 months and I did notice a small inconsistency, meaning there was a change in growth. So my conclusion is it does have properties that will make a difference but it'll take time like anything worth having in life. I give it 4 stars only because I thought the description made it seem more instant. Besides that the product doesn't have side effects. No nausea or uncomfort. Coming from someone sensitive to products that don't have dosage in mind. It could and will work with time and investment.

The recommended dosage is two per day but I found it was breaking me out in pimples really bad so I cut back to one per day and haven't had any issues. It's done great for filling my beard but it's also had an effect on my head hair also. I'm guessing it's because of the biotin but it's definitely helped and I highly recommend!

Personally, I have been using the hair and beard formula for over 4 months now and I see no results. I have a little thinning on the top of my head and was hoping to have that filled in along with facial hair.. I have a bottle for December 2024 I didn't open yet. I'll finish them but, I'm considering trying another hair vitamin brand in the future.

Update9/29/24 I'm 5 months in to my 1 year trial and I continue to see more small hairs coming back not enough to let my hair grow out again but when it's short (double 0 clippers) it looks like a full head of hear I tried growing it out but not thick enough yet I will continue the year trial as that's what is recommended for best results so far so good I'm 33 started losing my hair around my mid 20s since have just been bald but there is hopeI'm a few weeks in on my first bottle but I have notice some very tiny hairs coming back from my hair line which is great will continue to take and update month to month the product says try for a full year for best results I plan on doing so very excited

This product is the reason supplements should be regulated in the United States. It provides way higher does of Vitamin A etc than is necessary. This supplement will do more harm than good and should be avoided at all costs.
