Adult Blackhawk Racing Goggles - Streamlined Performance Swim Goggles

Thought I'd try this less expensive version of TYR swim goggle. I have worn the Tracer race goggle for over a year with no issues, but wanted a UV blocking goggle for outdoor pool use while they were doing maintenence work on the indoor pool. This Blackhawk goggle is the ticket. Comfortable, great seal, no leaking issues and the give me the protection from the sun I was looking for.

Good goggles. Snug on face. No leaks. Durable.

My daughter is a HS swimmer and loves these goggles. I purchased multiple pair for back up, and start with a new pair each swim season. Seal is great, and can see clearly without issues. Although they are durable, over time the rubber weakens from daily use in chlorine. They do last a whole season.

Katie Ledecky wore these in the Olympics so had to try them. I like them - give them a chance. They soften up and form fit to your face after a few uses. Initially they were a bit stiff and therefore leaked just a bit, but I have now "broken them in" and they have softened and now fit my eye socket much better. They look cool, have very clear visibility with no fogging issues. For the price they are solid. I have a few goggles I switch in and out of. This has cracked the rotation.

Very soft pads on the eyelids, clear visibility, just had to replace the bridge to the next smaller one. My first time to use TYR and I am satisfied. Used to be a die hard Arena fan.

These are comfortable and do not fog at all during inside pool swimsuit. The tint is a little dark, but im sure it would be perfect for outdoor swims.

The instructions on how to change one of five nose bridge sizes is clear. The problem is that it doesn't work. I am a strong male. I almost could not take them apart without damaging my thumb and fingernail. That's how much force I had to use to try to remove them. I risked breaking them. Once out, trying to put in a larger size nosebridge piece was impossible. The pieces are very hard and holes very small. The amount of force needed to get the lip of the plastic bridge tab to catch on the bottom of the tab on the lens would be so great as to risk snapping off the small plastic pieces connected to the googles. I did risk it, but still could not push hard enough to get them in completely through to catch. They would just pop back out. You would have to use pliers, but that would definitly damage the frames and still might not work. It is a very badly designed product, and trust me that I am following the instructions correctly. The problem is clear. How they proceeded to manufacturing without properly test using them is beyond me. Perhaps the original nose bridge pieces were a very soft silicone, which I could see working. The hard pieces supplied do not.

Lap swimmer here. I expected more of these goggles given they're TYR and not the cheapest pick. Personally, I have to make them super tight to avoid water getting in and end up with raccoon eyes. They may be fine for casual swimming, but aren't the best if you plan to use them for 45+ minutes especially if lap swimming.
