Hello, Scriveiner rollerball sell there own refills £7.99 but when I purchased the pen last year I purchased SCHMIDT 888 6 for £6.45 my husband has used these refills and they are perfect both these products are on the Amazon site.The pen is a perfect gift. I hope that helps you Wendy

Hi! Thanks for inquiring. The size/dimensions of our refills are slightly smaller than Cross Gel Rollerball refills. I'm afraid we haven't personally tested it yet and we're unable to guarantee it at the moment.

How do i install? the refill is exactly the same as the empty cartridge, but i can't get the nib to stay in position. it pushes in/ is loose
