Can men wear them I have a 32" waist what size should I get

I would say a L or medium depending on how tight of a fit you are looking for. I’m a 29-30” and wear a medium in these but the mediums are tight on me at the beginning. after awhile of wear they loosen up a little bit.

My waist is 24 in! Should I get a xs or s?

I'm sorry. I mean to say that an xs will fit you fine, but the Small will be less binding around the waist but also might accentuate your curves better.
