Can I use it in winter?

Not winter proof. Opened it this spring and there was a puddle of water in it. Lowest battery rusted. And the thing no longer works. Opened it up and found burnt components on the circuitboard. Really disappointing.

How long will it last?

after initial set up, battery went down to the half way level on battery with a new battery that came with it and also my personal new battery.

Is this camera easy to operate?

When it did work, it was strange. Some days it would decide to just record nothing all day until it doesn't the battery or filled the SD card. Totally random.

Is this camera worth buying?

Do not buy this camera. Now I know why the return window/time is just a couple weeks. I tried two times with it and it will not take a night picture and even at high sensory does not pick up animals that I know were right in front of it. Very unhappy with this camera.
