AWESOME PRODUCT - Moved to a new home that had been vacant for some time and found an infestation throughout the house. I spent 4 months spraying and treating with various concentrated chemicals ( even diluted them less than instructions) to no avail. then I read an article on pest control that changed my whole thinking on this. For 40 years I sprayed, and it worked most of the time, but the author pointed out, a spray keeps them away but when it wears out they come back because they went to their safe place and reproduced in mass numbers. This is bait, you place it around the house, they eat it, take it back to their nest, they die and their friends die too. This is commercial strength and really works. After 3 weeks, I see maybe 1 roach every few days, continued use should kill them out completely. It may seem a bit expensive, but adding up all the bottles of concentrated roach spray was actually 3 times as expensive and did not work. The 60 station pack covered my 3 bedroom 2 bath house, but I probably used more than I needed. I put one in each kitchen cabinet, drawer, closet shelf, bathroom, bathroom drawers, under stove, refrigerator etc. Dupont has an online instruction page as well. Comes with 2 sided mounting tape so you can place these on walls, on backsides of appliances etc. I probably will not have to purchase more, but This is what I will use if the need arises. Strongly recommended as an effective roach control. Remember to do all the other things like keep a clean house, take out the trash, don't leave food out, wipe down counter tops, clean up spills right away etc. If you do this you should be ok!

Roach Control Advion Roach Bait Stations 60 stations 765166 I have lived in my NYC apartment for many years and encountered a stray roach here and there, which is the downside of a dense living environment. The problem always goes away, no pun intended. However, this time the problem grew quickly and geometrically, and I find myself with a population of them in the kitchen. I don't even cook! I have pets so I tried the non-toxic solutions to no avail. The situation was worsening. Desperate, I was to the point of sealing off the area and contemplating gas bombing the kitchen as a last resort. Then, I saw this product and was seriously skeptical of its efficacy but purchased this to try. I used plastic gloves to lay down the traps, which look like Combat, because there is a clear warning on the bag that the item is toxic. In less than 1 minute, the roaches were emerging and gorging on the bait. I could not believe it. Holy crap! This WORKS! I am on Day 3 and it is like Armageddon occurred. There are dead roaches everywhere. Please note that on the second day a lot of roaches will emerge, which makes you think the bait is not working. It is totally working because they are emerging from their hiding places. I am going to put some bait on the top of kitchen cabinets, on the counters, inside the kitchen cabinets, and stick them on the wall with double-stick tape because I noticed that the roaches travel across all surfaces at all angles. Don't forget the bathroom because they will seek water. Also, I am using food grade diatomaceous earth to dry the roaches out. I just purchased the gel tube version and will share my results with you. With this product, I feel very confident that I will eradicate this problem-- not just control it. Thank you, thank you, thank you Advion for creating such a great product. I am sharing this experience with everyone I know.

This is the holy grail of getting rid of roaches FOR GOOD! I moved into an apartment building about a year ago. I didn't see any sign of roaches at first. But then it started...huge roaches crawling in the kitchen...on the floor, in the cabinets, in the sink. I'm an extremely clean person, I do not leave dishes in the sink or food on the counters. I sweep and mop after every cooking session. I was becoming so desperate to find a solution. I became even more hopeless when I realized that the entire building and the other apartment buildings in the vicinity were probably roach infested and there was nothing I could do to get rid of the roaches for the remainder of my lease. Then I rolled up my sleeves and started researching when I stumbled upon Advion...the answer to my roach problem!! After purchasing and putting around my apartment...they slowly started to diminish,until one day there were absolutely no more roaches in my apartment!!!! I cannot say for the rest of the building...but I know MY apartment is a roach-free zone ever since Advion. After this miracle, I shared some of the baits with my grandma. She has lived in an apartment building for 30+ years and it has always been roach infested for as long as I can remember. Since using Advion...there are NO roaches in her apartment! Again, we cannot say for the rest of the building or the nest...but our apartments are no longer roach infested. Anyone that I speak to with this problem...I always recommend Advion. I'm subletting an apartment in NYC, I was told I might see a bug every once in a while, but "every once in a while" and "a bug" turned out to be everyday and four to five roaches. Needless to say, I was very disappointed/freaked out. This is also my first time encountering brown banded roaches--I previously lived in SoCal and Texas where waterbugs are more common. In addition to the brown banded, I did see one or two German cockroaches at one point, at which point I decided to wage the most aggressive and swift war on these pests as possible. I bought the black jack roach stations and borax powder first because that's what was available at the supermarket--I'm guessing only the german roaches went for those stations because the brown banded ones completely ignored it, but for some reason were emboldened enough to come out during the day as well as at night. I literally started throwing borax at them to make sure they got into it. Although I know it takes time, I wanted something swifter. So, I went online and found Advion, which arrived yesterday. Put them out last night and also sprayed some Raid home defense in all the cracks and windows and doorways to try to stop anymore from entering. I only saw three roaches today, beelined for a bait arena, the other I squished...mind you I was seeing four or more during the day, scurrying on the counters, around the refrigerator (I even saw one INSIDE the fridge, yuck!!) and emerging from the oven if I turned on an eye. I also just went into the kitchen this evening, when normally I'd see the most activity, turned on the lights and saw none. I know I could be jumping the gun since it has only been a day, but I'd say Advion, plus the borax and maybe the home defense (I say maybe because when I put the Advion arenas out, the roaches walked right through where I had just sprayed to get to the bait) definitely works. Also I bought Gentrol IGRs to, hopefully, put the final nail in the coffin. I would highly recommend these arenas plus borax if you're battling roaches!

This review is from Louise's son (I placed the order and applied the roach arenas) For the last few years I've been battling roaches in my mom's 1st floor apartment. I live on second floor. The roach bombs work for a while, but it never lasts long. I've been at war nightly using sprays on them that are killing ME slowly. They began migrating upstairs in the last few months, that's when I had to do something drastic. This is when I discovered Advion. I put them up throughout the kitchen, living room, closets, foyer, bathroom...everywhere that was infested. They began congregating only a few hours after I placed them. This is what I witnessed over the next two days: They fell by the hundreds...the battlefield was rife with carcasses and drunken images of impending death. They clung with hope...but the choice they made to nourish of the tasty cup was the decision that ultimately sealed their fate. They were walking SIDEWAYS because they were so confused by what they consumed. One clung from the kitchen range hood by one leg, hoping to be saved. Only now...at the end...do they realize the folly of colonizing a realm that had the potential of obliterating their way of life. "Advion" is the truth...seriously...this stuff has changed my life. Excelsior!!!

The arena bait stations didn’t work for me. I have American cockroaches regularly visible in the garage and 1-2 regular visitors in the house. Gross. I want Armageddon against these evil things. I followed the bait arena instructions and didn’t spray (and haven’t recently in several months). I watched all the videos and was expecting a massacre in the morning. Instead, each bait station was untouched. It’s been a week now. I put out 6 in the garage and 2 on my patio. The garage (where I know they are!) - all untouched. Maybe the bait had dried out? The two on the patio have had activity, but they get some spray mist moisture from watering the plants. So I’m thinking the arenas are dried out. Do I mist them all? Ok, I’ll try. But right now I have a return code authorization and if misting doesn’t help attract activity, these are going back and I’ll just use Gentrol and regular sprays. Was really hoping for a massacre. Didn’t happen. And one was cruising along the floor all energized like an Olympic 100m dash - not the drunken drying descriptions I’ve read about. Ugh. I’ll give three stars in hope mine were just defective.

I usually dont leave reviews but I am so amazed with this product I had too. This product is truly amazing! Lets start with I live in an old apartment building so I've had roach problems from the beginning. I've tried bug bombs those combat syringes and nothing worked a few will die but honestly they were breeding faster than I could kill them. I havent used my cabinets in over a year my pots,pans,snacks and everything in my kitchen are in plastic bins and even with that I've still had to throw out food. I even tried not cooking for 6months to see if they would disappear and nothing. I've talked to neighbors and they were having the same problems. I also talked to a local pest control and even with their spot treatments they couldn't guarantee it since the whole building is so old and others are having problems too. They suggested to tent the building and trust me I've thought about paying for it because I couldn't stand it already. I was skeptical about paying almost $50 for a product especially since I've tried so much others with no luck but I've wasted more than $50 worth of food at this point why not. I Received it Wednesday put 5 traps in the kitchen late afternoon and by the morning there was already a nice amount dead(at least 20) and about the same amount dying. I was shocked but figured I'd not get my hopes up just in case that's the end of it. I was gone thursday,Friday and just got home sat night turned on my kitchen light and I was speechless. There were so many dead in the kitchen that my floor looked like polkadots. No joke there were huge amounts on the floor even the tiny fresh babies were dead usually I feel they're immune to everything but not this. I also noticed that there were a few widow spiders in there too I didnt even know that I had widow spiders. I'm truly so thankful for this product I feel like its saving my life and sanity!!!
