Great taste for gluten free lady fingers
Great for gluten free people. I made lemon tiramisu with it. Do not soak in liquid long.

Made tiramisu with these and it was divine. Don’t dip into coffee twice or for too long, it’ll get soggy fast. Just dip once and assemble. It tastes just as good

Work well for gluten free tiramisu recipe
I purchased these to make a gluten free tiramisu and they worked well. People couldn’t tell it was GF. As for eating as a cookie , they were very light and airy with a slightly sweet taste. You cannot dip in milk as they fall apart quickly, I poured the coffee over them, after I placed them in the pan, to make the tiramisu. I’d highly recommend them

Perfect GLUTEN FREE Yumminess!
My husband is allergic to gluten and has to eat gluten free, which rules out about everything that’s good. Until we found these, life around the ponderosa here was bland and dull. Enter these gf free Lady Fingers and our dessert options have tripled! I Ve used them to make all sorts of tiramisus or process them in the food processor and bingo- the best graham pie crust substitute you could ever want! They taste light, soak up the liquor well, yet provide a close flavor and texture to the real deal. On occasion, they arrive pretty crunched up, but most of the time they are in good shape, and if I do find a couple that are broken up, I use them as a crunchy garnish to whatever dessert I’m making. These are truly GF free, a little pricey, but if you’re looking to pull off an impressive gf tiramisu or cheese cake, they’re a must have if you don’t want to go to the trouble of baking your own.

Gluten free lady fingers for the win
I used these to make tiramisu yesterday. They were a good price and tasted great soaked in espresso. They were nice and crispy, not at all stale, although I doubt it would have mattered for this recipe. Thankful to have a gluten free option!

Do not work for tiramisu.
Taste terrible, we’re all broken, and practically dissolved when tried to soak in espresso for tiramisu. Did not have a sugar coating and we’re not sweet enough for tiramisu either. Do not buy.

Best GF Lady Fingers Known
Perfectly flavored. Very delicate. If you need to douse them in a liquid they disintegrate rapidly. Dunk them quickly and into the dish needed.
