Very Pleased

Do not take on an empty stomach
Product as described. Iโm taking zinc for the immune and skin benefits. I first took this on an empty stomach and had stomach pain, nausea, vomiting, diarrhea-but it was my fault. THESE SHOULD NOT BE TAKEN ON AN EMPTY STOMACH. Now I am sure to take them after my biggest meal which is usually lunch. No problems since then. I will take these for 4 months then take a month off and then begin taking them again. I take Celtic salt as well to get trace minerals that can be diminished when taking supplements.
