I built my own guitar pickup winder with this. It's fantastic. If wired correctly you can make it spin in reverse. Very handy.

These little motors work very well for me to control the size of my corn circle for deer feeders.

I read a lot of bad reviews on this motor after buying it which kinda worried me. The motor I received works fine though. I have it running at about 900rpm on a speed controller to spin a turntable for a bloom animation. No issues, runs smooth, quieter than expected which is nice.

Quick, but don't load it hard.

Works great, but absurdly loud gearbox even with upgraded grease. Taking a look and it's basically just down to slop in the gears.

This is a monster compared to the original motor I bought from another brand it was about the size of a penny lol this tho is much bigger and way more powerful I would recommend to anyone looking for a powerful motor mine will be winding pickups great deal on a great motor

I used this in a guitar pickup winder that I built. It's very sturdy and feels and looks substantial. I would buy this again if I were building a second winder, that's for sure.

After many hours of making a robot it was test time! Setting on blocks the wheels rev up ok, After setting it on the floor to run nothing, it wouldn't move at all. Their is just no power. I was using a 3 cell lipo, what else could be wrong with it? I would like to return them but I soldered wire onto the mounting wire lugs. Just a bunch of JUNK. I have been away from my computer for some time and I lost your request to add additional comments to the review so I'm adding to the original. I hope you get this and can help. I don't have a tool to measure the torque, but with A new 4 cell lipo bat. I can stall the shaft with my fingers. Using 2 1/2 " wheels the robot wouldn't move! Other 1000 rpm motors are working good. These were much more expensive than others I have purchased and I though they would be better bur definitely are not. I don't see anyplace that I could use these motors! This review is for the 12v 1000rpm motor with offset drive shaft. The shaft has considerable play in it. I used it for a guitar pickup winder with a 100mm wooden plate attached to the shaft with a flange coupler and the plate is really too wobbly to do the job accurately. Maybe I just got a bad one - I don't know. The shaft is mounted in a bearing, I might try taking it apart and replacing the bearing, but I'm not sure if that is even possible. Also the gears are noisier and looser than expected, which isn't a problem in itself abut I suspect they wouldn't last. By the time I got the machine built the return period had expired so it just a waste of money at this point. It responds fine to my speed controller and the maximum speed seems accurate although I haven't checked it. I have bought a much cheaper smaller (25mm) motor to replace it (£6) which has a much tighter shaft with less play. EDIT 30/9/23 Posting this in case it helps someone with the same issue. The looseness can be adjusted! I figured I had nothing to lose so I removed the two screws that attach the front of the gearbox and prised the top of the gearbox off. On my 1000rpm offset shaft model there is a large gear attached to the end of the shaft - it is held in place with a little steel flat bar mounted on two screws and it has a lump in the middle which presses against the centre of the end of the shaft to hold it against the bushing. On mine this was not actually pressing against the end of the shaft, so I removed it and bent it a little with pliers and put it back so that it pressed the gear down and the shaft into the bushing tightly. This stiffened up the whole shaft and gear assembly and made it much stiffer to turn by hand as well as eliminating the wobble. So problem solved for now. I don't how long it will last before it works loose again though.

Ich habe sehr gute Erfahrungen mit diesem und ähnliche Getriebemotoren gemacht.Sie sind unglaublich leistungsstark,arbeiten sehr zuverlässig und drehen sich sofort auf die gewünschte Geschwindigkeit (Drehmoment). Bei Einhaltung und Berücksichtigung zusätzlicher Lasten am Motor läuft er trotzdem zuverlässig und erwärmt sich nicht oder kaum. ..... 5 Sterne vielen Dank
